TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for accessing and using the Francophone English Mastery Community (“the Community”). By purchasing a membership or accessing any part of the Community, you agree to these terms.

1. Membership Access
Upon successful payment, members receive access to the private community space, learning materials, live sessions, and other resources. Access remains active for the duration of the membership period purchased. Sharing login links, screenshots, or any internal content outside the group is prohibited.

2. Use of Community Content
All content provided—videos, exercises, documents, prompts, and training materials—is for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or publicly share any content without written permission from the administrator.

3. Community Conduct
Members must engage respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will result in removal without refund. Members agree to practice English within the group and maintain a positive, supportive environment.

4. Payment & Billing
Membership fees are paid upfront through the designated payment platform. Prices may change over time, but existing members will be notified before any adjustments.

5. Live Sessions & Availability
Live sessions are scheduled weekly, but dates may shift due to unforeseen circumstances. Replays or alternative sessions may be provided at the admin’s discretion.

6. No Guarantees of Results
While the Community provides learning support, progress depends on each member’s effort and consistency. No specific results, fluency milestones, or performance outcomes are guaranteed.

7. Termination of Membership
Admins may suspend or terminate access if a member violates policies, disrespects others, or disrupts the learning environment. No refund will be issued when removal is due to misconduct.

8. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued participation implies agreement with the revised version.
